HOW WE DO IT
Within this training there are no conventional equipment and no traditional training styles. Our equipment consists of sand bags, tyres, ropes and of course our constructed obstacles itself - explore the course layout and obstacle available below.
We have been extremely selective with our obstacles and through our training methods and participants will discover a sense of achievement, self-believe and results will be inevitable.

Claude Eksteen - Co-Founder & Coach
Claude grew up in Durban KZN where being outdoors and involved in sport became the norm and was very quickly etched in his DNA. Through Primary and High school Claude excelled at running obtaining his KZN Colours at Cross Country.
It was only after being introduced to Triathlon that Claude's sporting career really flourished which saw him compete as a professional Triathlete that spanned over a decade. In this time Claude racked up numerous National and International Titles competing against the best Triathletes on the world stage.
Not being content with a career in Triathlon, Claude turned his sights to Obstacle Course Racing (OCR). Claude has since become one of the most successful OCR competitors in the country over the past five years and one of the fastest 40+ OCR athletes in the world.
Trish Eksteen - Co-Founder & Coach
Trish grew up in a small town in the Free State where as a young girl she competed and excelled at many different sporting codes. It was not long after being persuaded to enter her 1st cross country race that the proverbial "bug" for running bit. This saw Trish very quickly rise through the ranks to become one of the country's best age group Cross country runners and finish in the top 20 females at the World's most iconic Ultra Marathon, The Comrades Marathon.
One to never stand still, Trish soon switched her sights to Trail running obtaining immediate success in winning some of South Africa's most iconic trail events.
Sticking to her mantra of "never standing" still and always wanting to challenge herself, Trish took things one step further and entered the dynamic sport of Obstacle Course Racing (OCR). Success was never far behind as she has now become the most winningest female OCR athlete in the country and the best 40+ OCR competitor in the World. To date Trish is the only OCR athlete form South Africa to have won an individual OCR World Championships medal.
